Crash when entering any world.

What I expected to happen was...: - Enter the world.
Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was...: - The crash log appears (as attached)
Describe what happened here - I click to go into any world ( in single or multiplayer) and it loads then crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Every time I go to enter a world.
