The "fallingdust" particles pass through solid blocks

The "fallingdust" particles pass through all the solid blocks. To view this "phenomenon", find or create floating sand blocks, switch your gamemode to spectator mode and pass through the floor. You will see all fallingdust particles pass through the ground.
