When using the glowing effect the glowing affects the hat/sleeve layers including transparent

when you put the glowing effect and you have hat/sleeve layers on your skin will look like this picture

here is some instructions of how to obtain the bug

1. do /effect [PlayerName] glowing 60

2. Press F5 and go into third person view and you will see the bug
