Gravel spawns around Village Wells instead of Grass Paths

Villages will spawn with gravel around the center well instead of Grass Path blocks like all other pathing in the Village.

Grass Paths were expected in the well generation instead of Gravel blocks.

To replicate:

1. Find any village.
2. Locate the well.
