Ender Dragon

I tried to summon the Ender Dragon in the overworld in snapshot 16w20a, but all that happened was the dragon stayed completely still, flapping it's wings. It didn't move, damage blocks or respond to attacks. The command I entered was /summon enderDragon and, as I stated, It was in the overworld. even TNT and lightning didn't touch it, as if it wasn't there
