Redstone not powering pistons right. NOT A DUPE OF OTHERS.

Whenever there is redstone 2 blocks above a piston (only checked with torches) the piston will be powered. If you turn off the power, it will go off, and once its back its back. I attached 3 screenshots in a zip file.
