SRV record doesn't seem to work properly when domain contains non-ASCII chars

When I add server (test with server: wöt.eu) to server list what has SRV record to tell Minecraft what port to use, it pings right server but it sometimes tends not to find/use SRV record properly (command 'dig' resolves that record fine, so it can't be DNS problem) and connects to server running on port 25565 (where I have other server and don't want to connect)
