Cant Login Into Anny Of My Accounts

i cant login to any account i have even mine
i reset my password and i cant login
i try to login into my friends account
that he gave me
and i couldint login
he gave me the
right details
but still i cant login
and i cant find this issue any where
but
even my friend has this problem now
every version from 1.7-1.9.4 .
so i think its mojang's fault
because this happened
a year ago
and still i cant login
i would like a reply.
