I open minecraft load it and it crashes and im put in Game Ouput and it says this AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed

So I load my minecraft and all's fine I go into a server then it crash's bring's me back to launcher in the Game Output and it says this
AL lib: (EE) alc_cleanup: 1 device not closed?
