Crashes when opening world

Whenever I go to play on a server...
Its crashes. When I go to singleplayer it crahes too.

Possibly could the fact that my minecraft is played in a seprate folder do this?
(.minecraft is my modded one and .minecraft2 is my vanilla one)

It gives a big crash report about buffer builders and incremental cms.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the launcher with java 8 and windows 10
2. Launch minecraft
3. Play and crash

While I did not list this in versions, 1.8.8 and 1.8.9 do it too (very rarely)
