A bug for Feed the Beast minecraft

I have a crashing problem. I had started a brand new world made a house near some mines, in a forest, was looking through the item menu and found some portal discs. I spawned them and a jukebox activated shift+f3 on accident and turned it off when my game crashed. It showed it crashed from an unexpected error said to contact Mojang for help then that said to come here to submit it as a bug. Also said to submit the attached file otherwise you can't help me.I restarted the game and tried shift+f3 again and it keeps doing it. I'm sending you two attachments just in case something happens to one. it is version 8.1.1 but this bug report doesn't allow that high.
