A new Minecraft Rail Duplication Glitch?

Recently me and a friend of mine have discovered a Minecraft Rail Duplication glitch. I've yet to put down some details on steps to build it, but I've made a video, and even left moments for the user to pause to have a quick look how it goes. (Down below)

All I know is, it's something I'm pretty sure Mojang do not want to have in Minecraft. This has been tested on both single player and multiplayer.
