The Block Disappears, then reappears.

What I expected to happen was that every time the block (mainly wood from a tree) it should drop the wood piece an instant.

What actually happened was that every time that block was broken, it starts to reappear a second later.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Break the block with an axe/pickaxe/shovel
2. Block disappears
3. Block reappears a second later.

It always happen every time I start a new world, and it mainly applies to a tree. Do you think that could be some sort of glitch? If it were, what can I do to fix it?
