Dungeons bug

When I was playing minecraft, all of a sudden my version changed ingame to 1.8.9. As a result most of the dungeon spawners are now turned to pigs (see monster spawner.png), and turning all loot chests empty (see empty chest.png

This happened when the version changed. I changed back to 1.9.2, but the problem still exists, affecting my world.

Please help.
