Crash whenever I enter a world or server

Hi! my sons Minecraft isn't working properly... I'll let him take it away because I am a Minecraft noob :3. Hi! on Minecraft whenever I try to go in to a world or server (ex. Hypixel) the game crashes and says that java runtime environment has detected a fatal error (it also said failed to write core dump).
Please get to us as soon as you can.
