Need help fast

Hey, I've got a friend swore on his own minecraft server and I'm admin just as he saw I do not understand what happened, so plis help me with what I should do, I am very sorry for it! Would rather have a command to unban him.
It's on minecraft 1.9 so please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
