3D Anaglyph -> Graphical glitch, Red missing

When 3D Anaglyph is ON is seems like Red is missing at all menus and in every World the three colors (R,G,B) are not in the same place.

I've tried 1.9.2 and 1.8.9, both with this bug.

I'm not using any mods or Texture packs.
