Player Disconnected: "java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

When im connecting to server (VANILLA SERVER DOWNLOADED FROM MINECRAFT.NET 1.9.2 BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE MODE) i have this connection problem. It stays on the loading screen "Downloading terrain..." and suddenly disconnects. Sometimes enters and it seems like my client can't load chunks and disconnects. I am using official launcher from minecraft.net and no mods.

Server is:
Notebook: Packard Bell (by Acer) ENTE69BH
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel I3 5005U
RAM: 4GB DDR3L
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 5500

P.D= We've tried everything, it's not "player-idle-timeout",deleting and reinstalling the game, ports forwarded, no firewall, antivirus off, and 76 ping, so no internet problem. We're pretty sure that it's a server bug. There is my friend's server log. Srry for my bad english. Greetings from Argentina.
