Achievement popup has black edges with F1

So, as seen on screenshot 1, i get a achievement like normal, but, on screenshot 2, while i have F1 activated (so my HUD does not show up), there is extra black around the edges of the achievement notification. I think this is happening because the transparency is not working, while i am in F1.
