navigating item menu with controller doesn't work : the selection operates by itself without the player selecting, evry 2 minutes or so

Under 1.9 version , I cannot navigate the item menu and choose by myself the item I want : the selection operates by itself without my control. The bug occurs every 2 minutes. I need to quit the game, return to menu, restart...and then the bug happens again
