After Relog the grafic is scary and game unplayabel

Start Minecraft --> login and start a SP-World. --> damn wrong world. so switch to an another world, but its unplayable, about a broken grafic. Pls. See screenshots, they tell more...

Every time, if i'll play an another world or relog, i have to close Minecraft and the Launcher and to start Minecraft new.

This bug exist since 1.9 -Update. 1.8 was all ok.
