Blocks not existent

Slabs and stairs for the following blocks not existent.
1)16 types of wool
2)16 types of hardened stained clay
3) 6 types of stone(ie polished and non-polished andesite, granite, diorite.)
4) pillar quartz, chiselled quartz
5) basically any full block.
I know this is not a bug, but EVERYONE in the community wants it and it is not there! Therefore it must be treated as a bug.
