Graphics bug with Full screen

Hello,im trying to play Minecraft at fullscreen but theres a Annoying bug and i cant see.

So,i started Minecraft normally (in windows xp) and everything its fine but... the title screen its just broken,all the textures are everywhere and the background its just gray.(This Happens only sometimes,not everytime.)\

then i create a new world (in my case a flat becuase i dont have a good pc...)
and everything seems normal but i just activate Fullscreen (in options or f11)
and the whole screen its similar to the title screen.
I need help because i cant play and its very annoying windowed (its too tiny and i cant make it bigger)
