Bug Makes things dissapear.

I'm in my world and I have a carved out cave with a storage room then I save and quit and I come back the next day and the whole back wall is gone completely gone I don't even know how. Everything else is the same though. My pc has 390mb of space FYI. But I don't have a clue what triggers the bug.
