it crashes every time I try to join a server

every time I try joining a server it crashes

*What I expected to happen was.
have fun whith friends

*What actually happened
I launched Minecraft and clicked multiplayer,I clicked a server and waited for the server to log in and it crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch minecraft
2. click multiplayer
3. join a server
4.wait to the sever to load
5.it crashes
