Thrown Potions have increased vertical momentum whilst player has levitation effect above 128

Whilst under the affects of levitation above value of 128 (which causes decent rather than ascent) thrown potions launch straight upwards when thrown.

I expected the potion to follow its usual trajectory and create an arc based on gravity and angle thrown at.

The potion shot straight upwards at high speed and didn't return for near a minute, most likely due to the calculations of potion momentum including the value of levitation being a large number rather than a negative number.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Give yourself levitation effect above 128
2. Throw a splash/lingering potion or bottle o' enchanting
