Incorrect death message when jump into lava, get harmed by...

There is a incorrect death message when you jump into lava and get harmed by a harming lingering potion (and jump out?) you can see "usernamehere was killed by entity.AreaEffectCloud.name using magic" but it is happening in 1.9 (the version the screenshot is on) I don't know if it happens in 1.9.2 though.

Do this in 1.9.0.

Put a dispenser in front of you and beside you, fill the one in front of you with a lava bucket, then the one beside you with lingering potions then put a lever between then, then incase yourself in it with any block.
