Links sent in chat CANNOT be opened/clicked.

Any links sent in direct chat are not clickable.

This is affects all plain text messaged (Including tellraw)

However jsons with the "action" data for open_url are functional, but any messages sent by players, using /say and /tellraw (Excluding open_url) cannot be clicked.
