Minecraft Crashes NONSTOP

Everytime I join a minecraft server, it lets me in for a couple of seconds and then my game crashes. It happens constantly, and I don't know what to do at all. I don't know how this started, but I did something someone told me to do: they said to delete the .minecraft folder and then run the minecraft launcher. this made a new .minecraft folder, but didn't fix the issue. Please Help ASAP. I am panicking. Also, I am playing in 1.8.9, and in windows 10
