[MC-100527] Bug with shields

when the shield get hit by a axe while in coldown it register the shield blocking but you can roam freely like when your not blocking

ti thought it was a rare chance of the shield protecting you while not blocking

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hold shield blocking
2. hit with an axe and keep hitting it
3. player will not take normal damage but blocking damage
