Always crashing which ruins my progress

Every time I open my world i expect it to work so i can play normally. But Minecraft keeps crashing and when i go back on my world everything I did just disappears. I had an awesome house in 1.8 but when I updated to 1.9.2 it just disappeared. Please fix this!!!
