Armor bar get messed up when wearing armor with higher armor value

When I spawned in a full set of iron armor with a higher "armor" value of what it normaly is, the armor bars got messed up. My armor set had a total armor value of 34. This was only displayed as 3 full armor bars.

I thought what would happen is that the 10 full armor bars would show like normal, and in the game I would have a total armor value of 34.

What happened was my armor bars only displayed 3 full bars, and I tested it, and I only had the armor value of the 3 bars

What I did was 1). Spawn in a full set of armor with and armor value higher than it's supposed to be. 2). Put it on. 3). Look at your armor bars.
