Trippy game

when starting the game the loading screen the menu becomes a trippy mess
but when i enter fullscreen mode its fine still something is wrong with my minecraft and none of my friends has this i have already reinstalled and stuff
and plus i play other games fine so i have no idea what is wrong. Help!
