Extreme graphics breakdown, render distance broken on SERVERS

I was playing on my private server with my friend when suddenly the view kept changing. I thought that I had my render distance too far, but when I brought it to 2 CHUNKS it was the same. I went on singleplayer and it was all ok no matter how far the render distance went. I went on to a few big servers and the same thing happened. I have concluded that the server chunk view is broken.
