Elytra does not work

I was trying out the 1.RV-Pre1 snapshot released today and wanted to use the Elytra. However, with or without the new gear on, the Elytra won't work. But then again, I AM on a Mac, so it could be a bug for the Mac.

EDIT: Never mind. I did the jump while falling thing and it worked. Thank you.
