Water through glass texture bug (Using any resourcepack)

Hello, when I use a resourcepack in Minecraft 1.9, and I walk in a underwater tunnel, the water through glass is the default minecraft texture, and in 1.8 is the resource pack texture. (I'm spanish, sorry for my english)
