World Glitch

The entire world just seem to glitch out after creating a world or loading one. This occurs in both 1.9, 1.9.1, and 1.9.2.
This Glitch only occurs when I'm playing offline.
This will still occur even with the Launcher Variables (the java options) are off.
This Glitch renders the game unplayable but leaves no crash report.

(While I'm at it I'll make a suggestion for MC, make Skins offline so we don't have to look at the default skin, there I said what has been bugging me for the last 2 years).
