Switching worlds/realms in 1.9

For Minecraft version 1.9, when I am either playing on a single player, multiplayer, or realms and then disconnect from there, then switch to a different single/multiplayer or realms, the world that I enter doen't work at all when I am in it. The picture links will show what I mean. It will work if I relog into Minecraft and play a world, but if I switch it, it does it again.

1. Log into Minecraft
2. Click into a single player/multiplayer/realms
3. Leave the single player/multiplayer/realms
4. Enter into either a single player/multiplayer/realms
5. You will enter into the world but the scene is all messy.

It doesn't matter if you move from a single-to-single, single-to-multi, single-to-realms, multi-to-multi, and etc. It all doesn't work.
