Game crashes on server login, or shortly in to a game

I start Minecraft and click multi-player, then connect to any server sometimes it crashes instantaneously and other times it will let me go on the server for a brief amount of time, in a game, and then the game cashes with error:

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00007fffca626b87, pid=10832, tid=7360

I have uninstalled minecraft and deleted the ...\Roaming\.minecraft folder. I have installed a new Java version but I am still having the problem.

I have attached logs from the Minecraft launcher (version 1.6.61)
