Game-breaking graphics glitch in 1.9!

IT IS NOT RESOLVED.

After updating to 1.9 I saw my network connection sometimes drop. When you are playing and internet drops, you will be kicked out of game - when you join again, there it is - massive attack of glitchness. The blocks are in the position they were, but rendered graphics start to attack you with random locations.

This issue affects the singleplayer aswell.

The second issue that's is corelate with this is network drops because of 1.9.
