Minecart sound plays for stationary minecarts

I have some stationary hopper minecarts inside blocks and they constantly play the minecart rolling sound. The subtitle doesn't get shown, but I think I had them before, too.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build the following setup:
   
2. Place down a minecart on the rail and an armor stand in front of the piston
3. Activate the piston

Observed result:
The "Minecart rolls" sound starts playing, but the subtitle does not show up.

Expected result:
The "Minecart rolls" sound does not play.
