Minecraft 1.9 Hitting with No Swing Animation in First Person

What I expected to happen was Items and The players arm have a dwing animation in first person. But What happend was there was no swing animation, this may not be a bug but please see the video.
(Sorry for my bad English, English isn't my first language)
The Video Quality is really bad because i have to make it under 10 MB.
