i do not get destroyed or put out some blocks

When I'm in creative I get destroyed and put out blocks, but when I'm in survial I do not get it. And this is everywhere as a friend's server and my own world, I sent you one and then you said that it was only where spawner but that's not what it's everywhere and it's no fun to play minecraft more then !
