stuck at "connecting to external server"

Hi

I was trying to connect to the server called "hyperlands" and I want to connect to the server, always stuck at "connecting to external server". I see someone report this bug but the server IP is java edition on this one is bedrock edition.

I restart my computer [not work]

I reinstall it [still don't work]

my connection is normal

and I try to connect to the featured sever it work normally

but on an additional server, its doesn't work
