Lower fps begins

Dear My Lovable Mojang/minecraft.The fps is dropping and dropping and dropping because of the minecraft animation features (moving kelps,painful looking rain whatever how hard the rain it is,particles,and also the map locator) is hitting so much the fps.Can you fix it? Yes you can<3
