BDS-9708City Furniture item creates immovable sign
An item in City Furniture, when placed, puts down a sign that cannot be moved. Blocks/spaces where the item has been placed cannot have items placed there.
The item is under the mob eggs category and looks like a black egg, with the item name:
item.spawn_egg.entity.kubopad:rate.name
