On add ons

I wanna use Add-ons but ..

Wait .. i do everything the you mentioned in your official FAQs of Add-ons

You mentioned that you need to touch the file and the file will open in minecraft automatically but it can't ..

 Saw some videos on YouTube that you need to extract the add-ons in games>com.mojang>resource pack or behaviour pack named folder .. yes

I try it also but it doesnt affect in my Minecraft., no pop up massage of import finished or import failed so goes to my world and setting the the resource pack option than in the resource pack the game says that "you don't have any packs" pls help me btw!! Its Minecraft pocket edition pls help me
