Payment Error

I am trying yo buy minecraft until yesterday. It says "payment error correct your payment information".

I tried 2 different cards which have 30-40 times more money than game price. I tried with lastes version of Firefox, Edge, opera. I called bank, they said "Bank approved your payment via 3D secure but tje payment is not accepted by site. 

I am trying every hour, always error. And it is not possible in Turkey to buy gift card.

 

Is there a way that I can buy minrcraft? Why this is so hard. My friend build a web site in 2 weeks and payment works cortectly even from abroad.
