BDS-935The colour formatting is not working for server names
The server MOTD (server-name in server.properties) should show as "Froogopolis in beta!"

As per the [Minecraft Wiki's|https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes] article on formatting.
However, the text is not formatted as it should be.
Environment
I am using the latest version of Bedrock Dedicated Server which I am connecting to with Minecraft for Windows 10 1.11.4
