[BDS-9305] Can't ride mine carts

I was trying to make a mail system but when ever I tried to send mail the minecart would start shaking and would not speed up on power rails. I tried riding it but it kicked me off.

(On Minecraft PE)

You are using activator rails, not powered rails. Activator rails kick you out of the minecart, when it is powered.
